Green fingered Year 2s have been busy planting bulbs and fruit plants across Park Road Community Primary School’s grounds.
The Year 2 Gardening Club will be working on brightening up the playground throughout the summer term as part of their science curriculum, helping to bring their learning to life.
Children will plant and care for their fruits and flowers over the next few months with some of the produce being sold at a special Farmers Market planned for the end of the year.
