It was Panto time at Park Road Community Primary School when the pupils were treated to their very own travelling show.

Chaplins Gold Panto visited the school this week to put on a performance of Cinderella for all the children.

The school hall was transformed into a theatre as the children got the chance to cheer on Prince Charming and boo the horrible sisters. Buttons brought comedy to the stage encouraging the children to interact and have fun throughout.

The pantomime was organised by the Park Road Parent, Friends Association using funds that have been raised throughout the year.

Deputy Head Mrs Akinyemi said: “We have loved having a travelling pantomime in school today! We all had such good fun watching Cinderella. Thank you to our wonderful PFA for organising and to Chaplins Gold Panto for a wonderful performance.”

Great festive fun!
