Parents and carers were invited to take some time out of their day to join Park Road Community Primary School for their Community Café.
The special event was organised as part of Children's Mental Health Week by school staff and children from the Happiness and Wellbeing Teams.
Cakes and biscuits were donated by Tesco for everyone to enjoy while they took a look at the uniform swap shop where parents and carers could help themselves to uniform items for free.
Children and adults could also take part in a number of mindfulness activities, including mindfulness colouring.
The Crotchet Club also handmade crotchet hearts to hand to parents and carers throughout the event!
