Residential Adventure at Fox Howl

Year 2 pupils returned from an exciting residential visit to Fox Howl, where they enjoyed a range of outdoor learning experiences and adventurous activities.
During their stay, the children took part in den building, pond dipping and forest walks, exploring the natural environment while developing teamwork, problem-solving skills and confidence. The activities encouraged pupils to work together, support one another and embrace new challenges.
A particular highlight of the visit was the much-anticipated stream water fight, which brought plenty of laughter and excitement. The experience provided a wonderful opportunity for children to build friendships and create lasting memories in a fun and engaging setting.
Staff were delighted with the enthusiasm, resilience and positive attitudes demonstrated by the pupils throughout the residential. The children represented Park Road Community Primary School exceptionally well, showing excellent behaviour and a willingness to make the most of every opportunity.
The visit was a fantastic success, and everyone involved should be incredibly proud of their achievements.
Well done, Year 2!
