Discovering Ancient Egypt in Liverpool

Year 3 took a trip back in time when they visited Liverpool's World Museum to find out more about the Egyptians.
The Park Road Community Primary School children had a great time exploring the museum and finding out more about the ancient civilization.
World Museum is the oldest museum and gallery operated by National Museums Liverpool having first opened in 1853. The museum has over 16,000 objects from ancient Egypt and Nubia, making it one of the largest collections in Great Britain.
During the trip pupils were able to see real life artifacts and discover more about life for the Egyptians.
Well done Year 3!
